Localization of Apartments
All of out Apartments are located on main square in Poznań on Bóżnicza Street 1, Bóżnicza Street 2, Garbary Street 100, Garbary 95 Street Wodna Street 15, Dominikańska Street 9, Wenecjańska Street 7.
RESERVATION

How can I make reservation?
You can make reservation by our webiste in “Check the price” overlap (where you can find the lowest prices on Internet), or by email: rezerwacje@homelyplace.pl.
When I can make free cancellation?
Reservation made via our website can be canceled free of charge 7 days before the planned date of arrival, i.e. by 11:59 PM 8 days prior to check-in. For example, in the case of booking an Apartment on 19.092020, free cancellation may take place until 11.09.2020 by 23:59 (7 days before the start of September 19, 2020).
Is it possible to rent Apartment for long date?
Apartments are renting for short time, but we invite you to make reservation also for long time. For Guest who want to rent Apartment for long time, we offer special, individual prices. In that purpose we ask you to contact by email under address: rezerwacje@homelyplace.pl
Do you take deposit for renting Apartments?
We take retunable deposit in choosen dates, in accordance with the Apartment’s rental agreement, which is sending by e-mail after booking. The deposit amount is PLN 300 and is returned after the stay, within 7 business days.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

What is the check in and check out time?
Apartment day in our Apartments starts at 4 p.m. on arrival day, and finish at 10 a.m. on departure day. Specially for you we prepared possibility which allows extend the check in and check out time, with small additional fee – “Extra Services Pricelist”  . The earliest check in time can be at 12 o’clock and the latest check out time can be until 2 p.m.
Why you take extra fees for early check in and late check out?
We are trying to meet your expectations and make your stay in our Apartments, fully satysfied. To be able to prepare Apartment according to yours preferenction, it is associated with reorganization cleaning service company and with increase working people. We want to meet your expeciations and provide services in the highest level.
Where I can get the keys?
To our Apartments you will check in by yourself, trough by self-check in instruction which we send after made reservation.

To Apartment you will entrance by code – there is no keys.

The code are send one hour before arrival date, by email or sms. In arrival day you should arrive to Apartment address.

Should I check it until some hour?
Apartment is ready for you from 4 p.m. on check in date till 10 a.m on departure day – you can check in in convenient time for you, in established hours. Specially for you we prepared possibility which allows extend the check in and check out time, with small additional fee – “Extra Services Pricelist”.
I want to check in before 4 p.m. or check out after 10 a.m.
In case of wish to earlier check In or late check out, you should inform us at least one day before arrival by email under address: rezerwacje@homelyplace.pl on purpose verificated is there a possibility to extend Apartment Day. The price list of extend Apartment Day is available on “Extra Services Pricelist”.
The additional fee for early check in and late check out is for person or Apartment?
The additional fee for extend Apartment Day is for Apartment, and it is independent from number of Guest.
Can I leave my luggage in Apartment before check in time/after check out time?
Our Guest can leave their luggage without any fees in our office (Garbary 100/92 street, which is open from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m.), outside Apartment Day hours.

Leaving luggage in Apartment before Apartment Day or after Apartment Day, is possible after extend check in or check out hours. In case of wish to earlier check in or late check out, you should inform by email under address: rezerwacje@homelyplace.pl on purpose verificated availablity of Apartment in indicitaed hours. The price list of extend Apartment Day is available on “Extra Services Pricelist”.

STAY IN APARTMENT

The towels and bed clothes are in the Apartment?
Apartment are equipped with towels, bed clothes and body shampoo, which are prepared in quantities of person for which reservation was made.
Is there possibility to add baby crib in Apartment?
There is possibility to add baby crib, with single additional fee – “Extra Services Pricelist”. Adult person and child stay in extra beds is accounted with actual pricelist.
Do you accept animals in Apartment?
We respect animal in our Apartments. For animal stay, there is single additional fee – “Extra Services Pricelist”.
MEALS

Can I reserve stay in your Apartment with breakfast service?
During stay in our Apartments you can order breakfast service.

You can make a choice of continental, fit and vegetarian breakfast – „Extra services pricelist”. Orders should be placed no later than on arrival day, until 14:00. If we don’t receive choise type of breakfast, we regard it as continental breakfast.

How can I order breakfast?
In purpose order breakfast service, please contact with us by email under address: rezerwacje@homelyplace.pl with quantity and type of ordered breakfast. How the breakfast are served?
Breakfast service is delivery to Apartment by external catering company until 7:00 a.m to Apartments door; in Sundays and holidays, breakfast are delivered until 8:00 a.m, without possibility choosing specified hours. Company which delivery breakfast, start their work at 5:00 a.m, so it is possible to expect delivery earlier.
PAYMENTS

Do you need a prepayment?
In moment of making reservation, system will ask you to gave credit card details. After made reservation, we will verificate your credit card, to secure your reservation.

We just making preauthorization amount on card – we don’t charge card, before free cancelation date. In case if you don’t have credit card, or there is declined of transaction the preauthorization process, you can make a prepayment, to secure your reservation. In that case please contact with us by email under address: rezerwacje@homelyplace.pl

Form of payment.
Depends from rules of made reservation, the amount for accommodation in Apartment your can pay by wireless Internet transfer, Internet payment: Tpay or PayPal, card or cash. Payment by cash is possible with earlier setting date and time of payment in our office headquarters, which is located on Garbary 100/92 street.
I want to pay by cash, but you’ve made preauthorization of my card. What with that case?
Preauthorization is making on purpose to secure your reservation, it is blocked amount on your account. Preauthorisation doesn’t charge card. In case you wish to pay by cash, please report that change of payment method to reception, before your reservation starts with appointment date and hour of meeting in our office headquarters, which is located on Garbary 100/92 street.
Can I get a VAT/TAX invoice for my stay?
Our company is active VAT payer and prepare invoices with VAT tax. In case you want to receive such document, please send us full company details (with TAX/NIP number) before arrival date. After payment for reservation, receipt is made automatictly, for every payments.  According to legal article 106b law 5 amended act about VAT, if you don’t give us a NIP / TAX no. to this receipt, before documentation of sale on cash register, it won’t be possible to receive invoice for comapny later. Invoice is send by email address, after accommodation service. For Guest wish, we can send invoice by tradicational post, or leave in Apartment.

PARKING

Is the parking place available and what is the price?
We have parking places in underground parking area of Apartment building (exclude Wodna Street 15, Dominikańska Street 9, Wenecjańska Street 7, where we don’t have parking places). Parking place is totally safe, monitored and very comfortable – you can go to Apartment directly trough lift). The price of parking place you can find on “Extra Services Pricelist”. Parking places on Bóżnicza Street 2 are limited, so only confirmation of reservation parking place from us, is warranty of making these reservation.

During longer reservation there is possibility to negotiation total price of parking place.

How can I reserve parking place?
In purpose to reserve parking place, please contact with us by email under address: rezerwacje@homelyplace.pl with a statement number of parking places.
Can I order more than one parking place?
Of course you can order more than one parking place. Then please contact with us by email under address: rezerwacje@homelyplace.pl with a statement number of parking places. Parking places on Bóżnicza Street 2 are limited, so only confirmation of reservation parking place from us, is warranty of making these reservation.
How can I use the parking place?
Information how to use parking place with movie is send by email, one day before arrival day, with all information and codes to Apartment.
At what times can I use the parking lot?
Parking places are available during Apartment day which is start at 4 p.m. and finish at 10 a.m. Our Guests can leave car on parking area after check out, with additional fee “Extra services pricelist”
